More than 300,000 federal workers in the Washington, DC area* count on GSA’s NCR staff to provide office space and related services. NCR’s Public Buildings Service (PBS) employees manage, build, construct and lease approximately 92 million square feet of federal workspace. This portfolio comprises 47 million square feet of owned space, and 44 million square feet of leased space. GSA public buildings services include:
