The individual displays innovative practices that exemplify excellence in personal property management and has gone above and beyond their duties to serve the organization and customers.

Recognizes a federal agency or team that has made a significant impact and achieved remarkable results in the personal property field over the past year. The agency or team has implemented new and innovative best practices, cost-effective initiatives, or enhanced services to create a decisive impact on the personal property community.
