SIN 518210FM subgroup instructions

Vendor selection of a SIN subgroup MUST correspond to the awarded offerings under that specific SIN on their GSA MAS contract.

The Department of the Treasury Financial Management Quality Service Management Office and GSA will monitor all contractor selections for compliance, and action will be taken against your contract if you select subgroups that have not been awarded under your contract.

How to select SIN subgroups

Log in to eBuy.
From the top menu, select Profile.
Click Modify Subgroups.
Select the applicable subgroups according to the instructions.

Background

The creation of this SIN was an outcome of OMB Memorandum M-19-16, and the designation of the U.S. Department of Treasury as the Financial Management Quality Service Management Office.

A key component of the Financial Management QSMO program is to establish a marketplace consisting of commercially available Financial Management solutions to support agency requirements for cloud computing services and Cloud Related IT Professional Services.

SIN 518210FM differs from other existing SINs under the MAS Information Technology Category. It has additional minimum contractor compliance standards and additional technical evaluation requirements that would not be suitable to layer onto existing MAS SINs. SIN 518210FM provides ordering agencies access to the FM QSMO marketplace.
