- One page, printable and downloadable Earnings and Leave Statement.
- No more waiting for the paper statements to arrive in the mail.
- Personal data is more secure with the elimination of paper statements.
- Pay, leave and tax functionality all from one website.
- Flexibility to create multiple personal financial allotments.
- Self-service changes to your banking and tax withholdings.
The EEX application has its own supporting helpdesk to support new, existing and separated employees with first time and subsequent problems with the application. Helpdesk support for this application can be found on the top of the landing page employeeexpress.gov/ by clicking on “Submit Help Request”.
First time users accessing the application
All newly hired customer agency employees will receive a personal identification number (PIN) via email or mailed to their home mailing address directly from the Office of Personnel Management in Macon, Georgia (OPM-Macon). This should occur within 10 business days after the end of the first full pay period the new employee is onboard with their agency.
The PIN is used only once to set up the EEX account. Subsequent to the initial login and setup up with this PIN number employees can then login to EEX using their government issued PIV cards or two factor authentication using Login.gov
Current and separated employee application access
Current employees can access Employee Express using:
- Government issued Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card.
- The Login.gov Multi-factor Security Access Site.
Separated employees can access EEX using the Login.gov site only. Please note that the EEX application will only store their information for 3 years after an employee has separated from their agency. In situations beyond three years, GSA Payroll Operations can be contacted kc-payroll.finance@gsa.gov for additional pay or related assistance. Please note all EEX application access issues must be serviced by the OPM EEX help desk. This information can be found at https://www.employeeexpress.gov/Contact.
